Return Exchange Policy
How to request an exchange or return
Please contact us via WhatsApp at 01551682481 or through our Facebook page messages, and provide your order number and invoice.
Before proceeding, make sure the item is in good condition and eligible for exchange.
Exchange & Return Period
Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.
Non-returnable items
Underwear and similar intimate products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Offers & Sale Items
Products purchased during offers or discounts cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Shipping Fees

The company covers shipping fees only if we sent you the wrong item.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of exchange or return.
Missing or damaged items
If you receive your order and find missing or damaged pieces, please report it within 48 hours so we can file a case with the delivery carrier.
Failure to report within this timeframe releases the company from responsibility regarding missing or damaged items.
